Data Labeling Analyst II
At Meta (as a contingent worker) I work behind the scenes of AI development as a Data Labeling Analyst II, evaluating and improving the content that trains and tests AI models. The job is part writer, part analyst: applying detailed guidelines to model output, documenting where systems fall short, and feeding human judgment back into the pipeline.
2018 - 2025
Technical Writer/Communication Lead at a Data Consulting Firm
Marketing Lead: I led communications for a fully remote data analytics company: executive messaging, internal communications, 60+ newsletters, press releases, and web content. I managed the company website, handled SEO, and ran projects end-to-end, including a full site redesign and a white paper on cloud data warehousing.
Technical Writer: I wrote and edited technical content for cloud data warehousing and analytics services: reports, whitepapers, guides, and RFP responses. I worked directly with data engineers and 10+ subject matter experts to keep everything accurate, and managed publishing for 150+ documents across multiple platforms. I also supported marketing with blogs, social content, and campaign copy.
2024 - 2025
AI Prompt Writer/Editor
Wrote prompts to challenge AI language systems. Reviewed AI-generated responses and identifies errors in tone, clarity, or context. Edited and improved AI outputs to make them more natural and human-like, following strict guidelines. Provided feedback to refine AI performance and support model training. Tracked common issues in AI responses to suggest improvements. Contributed to improving AI understanding of language through creative writing, evaluation, and revision.
